R&B Gateway Home Services is all about service, we want to make sure that when we have finished the home service that you are completely happy. We do our best to provide upstanding, professional services. We don’t want to treat you home like ours, we want to treat it with greater respect.
R&B Gateway Home Services knows the importance of security and piece of mind We make sure all our staff have current police checks and we do our best to employee the right short of people for the job.
No you do not need to sign a contract with us. You are free to use our services as a once off service, or recurring. All we ask is that if you do not wish the service to continue that you contact us with a few days warning.
This is completely up to you. Some people like to have their house cleaned weekly, while others are happy for it to take place fortnightly or even monthly. All comes down to how clean a house you want. This is something that can be discussed with us at the time of booking.
For the first home clean service we would prefer if you were home, so that you can meet the cleaners. Any following services you do not need to be home, but this is your preference, if you prefer to be home. we are happy to clean around you 🙂
We will do our best to avoid any breakages, but If something in the home gets damaged by one of our staff, we are happy to replace it. R&B Gateway Home Services has Public Liability Insurance.
Yes R&B Gateway Home Services guarantees the work we do. If you are not happy with the work that was done, we will come back to your property and fix the issue, with no charge to you.
